How the replacement process works

1. Enter the PRP* contract ID number found on your receipt.
2. Identify the device which needs replacement, verify your contact information and submit a request for a claim.
3. Mailing slip sent to you via standard post or print one from an email with instructions.
4. A gift card is mailed to you upon our receipt of your broken device.

How do I reprint a shipping label?
You can print a shipping label from www.rmibb.com and enter your incident #. You can then proceed with printing a copy of the label.

Will I be required to pay for shipping charges?
When calling UPS, it is important to provide the account number indicated on the instruction sheet. This will prevent the shipping charges being billed to you.

How do I make shipping arrangements?
Contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 arrange for pick-up or go to www.ups.ca to locate your nearest drop-off location.

I selected to have a label mailed to me but I have not received it and it has been more than 10 business days.

I shipped my product more than 3 weeks ago and have not received my gift card.
Check the status by entering your incident # on the Check Status tab. If the status indicates that it has been more than 10 business days since the gift card was shipped, please call 1-866-237-8289 for assistance.

What if the Manufacturer Code does not match the Manufacturer of my product?
Call 1-866-237-8289 for assistance.

As there have been changes in the GST, do I receive the original GST amount or the new GST amount?
You will receive the new GST amount, as this is what you will need to pay on your replacement product.

Why is the amount in the Label Package (Commercial Invoice) $100.00?
This amount is not the amount of the gift card and it is used only for customs purposes. The gift card will be sent for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes.
