What am I logging into?
You are logging into Assurant Solution's web infrastructure. It consists of many servers at various sites and hosts many applications.

Why do I need to login?
You have attempted to access a web page that resides within Assurant Solutions web infrastructure and has been designated as protected. Thus, we need to know who you are to verify that you have been granted access to this protected web page.

How often do I need to login?
This depends on the application that you are accessing. Most applications only require you to login once a day. However, you will need to login every time you open a new browser window.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
If you are an employee, please contact the Help Desk at x34357. They will verify who you are and can reset your password. If you are an American Reliable (ARIC) business partner, please call 1-800-535-1333 x214. Otherwise, if you are a business partner, please call 1-800-554-6386, unless other arrangements have been made.

My account has been locked. Why did this happen and what can I do about it?
This typically occurs if you unsuccessfully attempt to login three times. The Help Desk can unlock your account.

Does my password expire?
Yes. Every 40 days per our Assurant Inc. standards.

Are their any special rules for my password?
Yes. Per Assurant Inc. standards they are as follows:
- Password must be at least 6 characters long
- Password must be no more than 8 characters long
- Password must include at least 1 character
- Password must include at least 1 digit
- Password must be different from any of the past 10 passwords
- Password must not have been used in the past 200 days

I've changed my password just now and it will not work. Why is this?
There may a short delay. up to 30 minutes for the new password to become active after a password change. Try your old password in the interim.

I changed my password and now I cannot logon to Kronos, CONEX, Sametime or Notes browser applications. Why?
This Password is the same one used for these as well as other Intranet applications. Whenever the password changes your login to these applications will change also. We are slowly trying to have more and more applications use this password and eventually hope to have all applications use this one password.
